Sabah Basketball Club became the author of a historic success for Azerbaijani basketball!

During their third match of the FIBA European Cup qualification group stage, the Azerbaijani champions, who are the part of the Bridge Group family, defeated Romanian Rapid with a score of 90:71. Before that, Sabah won over North Macedonian Rabotnichok (83:81) and Netherlands' Donar Groningen (75:72). Thus, "Sabah" successfully completed the group stage and entered the regular championship of the European Cup. In the regular tournament "Sabah" will compete in Group D, where their opponents include "Mornar Bar" (Montenegro), "Bahçeşehir" (Turkey) and "Nymburk" (Czech Republic).
